We are growing quickly in Europe, and we are currently hiring a SW Developer to work with a multi-disciplinary team of software developers, subject matter experts and solutions architects to deliver cloud-based mobility solutions for our customers.
If you enjoy contributing with a team of diverse engineers spread across multiple locations and have 5+ years of experience in PHP Symfony and AWS, this is the job you are looking for.
What you'll do:
· Develop high-level and low-level design document to be used by team members for development.
· Actively participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards are enforced and adequate code coverage is maintained.
· Diagnose and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.
· Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
· Provide technical support to ensure that all functionality is properly designed, developed, tested, and delivered as per the requirements.
· Testing and deploying programs and systems.
· Fixing and improving existing software.
· Ensure internal company policies are followed on-time and accurately.
What we’re looking for:
· English: C1
· Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or related discipline.
· 5+ years of experience in PHP Symfony backend and frontend: writing well-designed, high-quality code.
· Eager to learn and face new challenges.
· Demonstrated knowledge of software engineering principles (programming patterns, standard algorithms, data structures, multiprocessing).
· Database design skills and experience in writing high performance database queries.
· Proven experience in setting up and operating in scaled and distributed environments.
We'd be particularly excited if you have:
· Experience in AWS and cloud technologies: microservices, test automation tools, CI pipelines, Cloud, and containerization technologies.
· Hands on knowledge of GoLang, React or C#.
· Good communication skills. Used to interact with client and application end-users.
· Spanish: B2 or upper.
