  • Develop and optimize database and data warehouse solutions on Azure, integrating Oracle and other data platforms as needed for reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security, compliance) to deliver integrated solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and enforce architecture policies, standards, and best practices, especially around Azure Government Cloud, data privacy, and IT compliance.
  • Experience with FedRAMP ATO & Compliance is a plus.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams, provide architectural leadership, and perform technical reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in Architecture, Solution Design & Development
  • 10+ years in enterprise IT, with 5+ years as a solution architect on Azure cloud projects.

  • Deep experience in disaster recovery (DR) planning and implementation for mission-critical systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of database architecture, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting solutions (Oracle, SQL Server, Power BI, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Government Cloud and understanding of public sector compliance and security requirements.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and DevOps practices (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, Azure DevOps).
