Position Overview: 

This position will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining digital photo enforcement equipment for a municipality in the Washington DC Region. The technician must ensure that the equipment within the region maintain strict standards. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, proficiency, dependability and demonstrated priority and time management. This position is part of our Field Service Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proactive routine maintenance deadlines are met while keeping active equipment above contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with multiple internal and external teams to identify and resolve customer related issues resulting from equipment deficiencies.
  • Initiate internal escalations, as necessary.
  • Work closely with Maintenance Field Supervisor to keep service levels high.
  • Perform daily checks of enforcement systems to confirm operations and monitor all systems as equipment dictates.
  • Monitor and document the timely completion of monthly validation program, work with field supervisors to adapt procedures to match equipment demands as technology evolves.
  • Provide installation support for new approach builds on construction sites.
  • Ability to travel within the Washington DC region, including Maryland and Virginia for job duties with short notices.
  • Other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the Verra Mobility Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to navigate and operate throughout the Washington DC urban environment in a work vehicle.
  • 1-2 Years of related work experience
  • Experience in network installation, and computer technology.
  • Ability to work outside with minimal supervision.
  • Valid drivers license with good driving required is required.
  • Must be willing to submit to and return clean enhanced police background check.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great multi-tasking skills, effective organizational skills and strong time management mindset.
