Expedite Analyst
About This Team and Role
The Expedite Processing Analyst builds and maintains business relationships with our internal and external clients providing analyzed data and requesting approval to pay or dispute violations. In addition, they will submit check requests as well as submitting payment requests through the IFACS check run. The Expedite Processing Analyst is the point of contact for integrated cities to analyze and upload aged violations, as well as managing NYC program for violation images.
The Expedite Processing Analyst supports Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and the Exception teams.
What You'll Do
- Own the integrated issuing authority process
- Analyze and upload daily, weekly, and monthly data files from issuing authorities
- Analyze, create, format, and post response files for issuing authorities
- Create client communications to release FLQ records or other violations for payment
- Manage, upload, and send client plate and response files for issuing authorities
- Analyze, evaluate, format, post, reject, upload, and email weekly affidavit files
- Client registration data
- Work with internal & external partners for problem resolution
- Additional responsibilities based on business needs
What You'll Need
- 2 years of comparable administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products
- Ability to investigate, analyze, and understand data to resolve complex issues
- Able to multi-task and thrive under pressure with a high sense of urgency in a team environment
- Must be able to meet internal & external deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable providing information in front of an audience
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to new responsibilities in an ever-changing environment
